Versa won’t reset when I hold the buttons

I have followed the instructions to reset my Fitbit versa watch as I can’t reset it through the app, and it just won’t reset when I hold the buttons done, is there a simpler way of resetting the watch ? Anyone else had issues resetting the watch by holding buttons down ?

Hi @Mashero, welcome to the community.

 

Are you saying you have no access to the watch so that you can't get into the settings app - about - factory reset?

 

If that's that case, the only alternative method is the three button (hardware) factory reset.
