Versa won't respond after the update

since the latest update. My versa is dead. I’ve had it on charge for multiple hours to no avail. It initially seemed to do the update and I got a green tick, but then died and won’t turn on or charge. Tried factory reset. Tried uninstalling Fitbit app. Connecting to my computer. Still no joy. This is my second Fitbit purchase and fail. Only had This one just over a year. Please help.

Exactly the same happened to me too.

I updated with new software and it was fine for a couple of days, then went to sleep with a low battery and it was dead when I woke up.

Wont charge (but my partner's Versa does in the same cradle) and my PC won't sense it connected unlike my partner's.

Tried the reset stuff but guessing it hasn't enough power to fire itself up.

Yes it's two years old but never had any issues until last Saturday.

Same issue here. Stopped syncing between Versa watch and app. Seems it’s a problem from iOS 13 update with Apple. Guess we’ll have to wait for Fitbit or Apple to bring out a fix. Mmm...

Don't bother contacting support they wont help you. I tried to work with them on the same issue and they refused to work on it.  Instead they sent my case to "warranty support" which is total BS.  All I got was a crappy offer of 40% off a "new: device which is actually just they devices they are discontinuing.  No Versa 3 just the Versa 2 which is you look at the community Boards is having as many problems as the older devices. Great upgrade tanks for ruining my device.
