Yesterday my Versa was completely fine, had charge, and all of a sudden went black. The screen is black, no green lights/sensors, and the restart won’t work, I’ve tried several times. It’s less than 6 months old and it randomly stopped working. I put it on the charger and it got warm as if it was charging for about an hour and the. The charger cooled off to the touch as if it charged but still a black screen with no sensors on the back working.
