My Versa stopped tracking my heart rate. After resetting it for several times with no result I factory reset it. Right now it doesn't respond to any pressing of the buttons. I tried all options (all three buttons pressed, only two...). Please, could someone tell me what do I do next ?

Affects me also and now won't even recognise Fit bit for resetting app.

This is the same issue my Fitbit Versa is having. After a factory reset it is completely dead, have tried charging, following all reset procedures as per instructions, but still k nothing. I only purchased it in December 2019 as a gift for my young daughter. She is understandably upset - please advise what to do from here. Thank you.
