Versa won't restart.. completely unresponsive

I've had my Versa for almost a month, and I absolutely love it. It's given me no problems until this week. I work two jobs, and when it comes time to charge my Versa, I'll let it charge while I'm at my day job. I like the sleep tracking feature, so I like to have my Versa on and charged at night. A couple days ago, I was taking it off the charger, and none of the buttons were working. It was just a black screen. The green light on the back was on though. I didn't know what to do, so I just kept it off the charger for a couple hours. Came back from the grocery store, and it was still unresponsive. I looked up how to restart the Versa, and gave that a try. After holding down the buttons for about 12 seconds, it vibrated and screen came on but not like normal. It's a fuzzy white screen, then it goes back to black and unresponsive. Has anyone had this before? I really don't know what to do. I see lots of people have problems with not restarting but I haven't seen anyone refer to this crazy white screen. I haven't hit it or even gotten it wet. I take it off doing dishes or in the shower even though it's meant to be water resistant. Please help. I really love my Versa when it's working.

One more thing to try before you contact Support (link in my signature). Try a factory reset using the buttons. It may not fix it either, but worth a try first. Let us know how you go

FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up.  Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.

Thanks for the response, but it hasn't worked. The fitbit logo never appears. I've tried several times. I really appreciate you reaching out though. Guess I will contact support.

Nothing works! My screen is white, won't restart, and I can't get ahold of support.

I have shut down my Versa and it will not turn back on. (Battery was charged prior to shutting down) I don’t see any answers on what to do when this happens. I have hikes  this weekend and need help!!
