After a shutdown on my Versa, it won’t restart? It ran down to 0 %, so I charged it to 100%, when it was fully charged the time was off 2 hours so I wanted to do a restart,
anybody have any ideas?

Regarding restart issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email.
