Versa won't send info to Strava

Fitbit versa won't sync to Strava its says connects to Strava from fitbit dash board but no activity is recorded

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit activities not syncing to Strava. Thank you for letting me know that you see that Strava is connected on your dashboard. Your Fitbit activities should appear on Strava, and runs and rides tracked with Strava will contribute to your all-day Fitbit stats. Note the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:

• Non-GPS activities.
• Previous activities that weren’t tracked by Strava.
• Duplicate activities—that is, if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync.

I would like you to try the following troubleshooting that has worked for others: 

- Verify that you don't have any pending updates for the Strava app in the Gallery. 

- Confirm you've linked both applications properly by following these steps. 

- Verify you have enabled all permissions in the Gallery. 

- Make sure you sync your device and wait a few moments for updates.

I've tried all options. On the fitbit watch on the Strava app it states... Go to Strava settings on your fitbit mobile app to log in. I haven't been able to sync, with Strava or challenge a friend to weekend challenges or work week hustle, since the app has changed on my phone. Friends have to ask me and I can accept. I have purchased the Samsung s10e. And it doest2 seem to be working since then... See attachment.. Pic Of new screen on fitbit
