Versa won't set up with app

went into app to add versa clicked on add chose device clicked on setup then nothing just goes back to app.Plugged charger into PC and got brief message re no drivers so does this mean i wont be able to use it

Hey @phlebo, it is great to see you around more often! Let me ask you this, are you using the Fitbit app on a mobile device to set up your Versa or are you using it a PC? If you are using the Fitbit app, are you trying to set up your watch using Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi? While you answer me, I'd like you to follow the instructions in this help article to connect your watch via Wi-Fi.
