Versa won't setup with Samsung S20 FE

Hi , the time on my versa slowed down i tried to sync with phone but it didn't work .I then unpaired and now it won't pair with my phone . I recently got a new phone S20 FE , my versa worked fine to start with now I can't do anything with it I have tried uninstalling the app , checked Bluetooth etc nothing seems to help

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Unfortunately, the S20 series isn't officially supported. Don't expect Fitbit to say anything except its not compatible.

I have also had the exact issue,  got nowhere!  Seems my watch is an anchor till they come up with a fix which doesnt seem to be coming anytime soon.

So frustrated. Ive been without my firbit for 6 months of the year I've owned it because of this. AND it wouldnt pair onto my old phone again to even be able to track on that, at least! I wrote to them and got the pat answer you see below (6 months ago) and replied back to them that i had done all troubleshooting. NO response!! No offer of exchange in fitbit that WOULD work or a refund. Just ignored! $250 down the tube?! C.s is so awful. All they cared about was the immediate sale. And i had heard great things about them..sadly untrue it seems

I even tried to put it back on my S9+ after my s20+ultra wouldnt work. It wouldnt update on that anymore either. Cant get it on any of my devices now it seems. Ugh and double ugh lol
