Bought the watch for my wife and it's only 2 weeks old, going from a charge 2 the Versa. Had issues syncing since the start and now it's not showing active minutes or tracking sleep. I've restarted, I've removed it from the phone and still it doesn't work properly.
App is running on iPhone
This is very poor for £180 watch. If it continues I will return it.
The charge 2 was no problems at all

I just bought mine and it doesn't allow me to add exercising or any data. I never had a problem with my old one!!! I will send it back

I don't blame you, it's atrocious for a fitness tracker that is brand new to have so many problems at the beginning, especially for the amount we pay.
It was a present for my wife's birthday but she is not impressed with the Versa at all and neither am I.
I was thinking about going to Garmin 👍
