Hi everyone my Fitbit versa isn’t showing my heart rate and says my steps are undefined, can anyone help?

Hi @Amy-93-20, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not showing your heart rate and your steps are undefined.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the heart rate issue. This article contains a restart process which will be helpful for the steps issue. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
