Versa won't show home screen with tap or button push - when home button held, screen comes up to choose function so screen can't be out. upper right button, when held, displays text/music/etc so screen working. Any idea why no clock/home screen function?n Just purchase in Feb 2020.

Hi @WildBilly,welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't show the home screen. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In order to fix this issue, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
