Haven’t worn my Versa for a long time.  Went to Fitbit app and ran thru steps.  Said it was finished and had synced but wrong date and time.

@grousehill Thanks for getting back.

Did you restart your Versa as suggested here? If the restart didn't help and your Versa is still not tracking your data, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi there, @grousehill. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa.

I'd recommend restarting your Versa and then, please sync it twice in a row. It might take a couple of syncs in order to update the time and date as it hasn't synced for a long time.

If the issue persists, try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
