Hi there, @Mark307247. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums.

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s tips and recommendations.

If the issue persists, please make sure that your Versa is syncing properly. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi @Mark307247 - time setting doesn't always work perfectly and it depends on what you mean by correct time, is it off by hours, minutes or just seconds?

If you just set it up it should show the correct time but you may have to restart it and sync a few times.

To restart it, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start then sync with a pull down on the phone display of the Fitbit App.
