Versa won't show the correct time

I am unable to reset my Versa watch after a factory reset necessitated by my watch losing an hour each day which syncing did not rectify.. Having looked at the best answers for resetting other Versa watches which seem to be similar procedure I have attempted the process several timesto no avail. The process works up to inserting the 4 number code on the phone, then it goes round in circles.

I am disappointed that after working well for 3 years my watch should be obselete and it will probably be necessary to purchase a replacement.  Surely for the price of these watches one would expect it to last !onger than 3 years.

Hi there, @LizKing49. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

Keep in mind that your Versa may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

In addition, please note if you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you're indeed using MobileTrack, you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track as having MobileTrack will avoid your Versa from syncing to your phone and hence the time will keep showing wrong. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
