I got the new iPhone and my Versa won’t show up on my Bluetooth. I disconnected it from my old phone, but still nothing.

May have to wait a bit until Apple shares the secret sauce formula @SunsetRunner.
You'll know that new one is good-to-go when your model iPhone pops up here as compatible:
iPhone X is on the list but not XS yet
Until listed as compatible some functions may work; but not all are checked-out as interfaced yet.

I actually was able to connect to my phone. I just had to remove my versa and add it back.
Problem solved. Any iPhone XS users should do the same if your watch won’t show up in your Bluetooth settlings

Hello, when will the Versa be compatible with the new iPhone XS?
Thanks

The problem is not solved. There are still people who cannot pair the versa with iPhone XS because it doesn’t show in the Fitbit app on the iPhone. Please look into it.

That is correct Q1, keep watching that compatibility list, I'm sure they are working feverishly if the manufacturer has released specifications. (normally held close to the vest until product splash)

Can you share if there were any special actions required Q1?

I didn’t do anything different today than I did Friday. Maybe the only difference is that today the old phone was shut down. However versa was factory reset in both days. So not sure if the fact that the old phone was still on had anything to do with it.

Great advice. So it sound like the fix is to make sure your tracker is removed from the old phone before trying to connect to a new one unless you had already done that prior to shutting down?

You can have the same Fitbit synced to up to 8 devices so I was a little frustrated when it wouldn’t even pull up on my phone. So what I did after exhausting all possible options was removed my versa from the Fitbit app. It was all synced so I didn’t ha e to lose any data. Once I removed the watched and turned it off, I just treated it like a new watch. It worked like a charm and I didn’t lose any data.
I hope this helps fellow versa/iPhone users 🙂

I am also unable to pair my Versa with my new iPhone Xs. It mostly worked with my 6s, and it must have worked at least for a couple days because I could see my sleep data for Saturday night after I activated the new phone on Friday, but now it won’t connect at all after uninstalling the app, restarting the phone, restarting the watch, trying to uninstall and repair the Versa in the app, and everything else I’ve read to do. I’m running the most current iOS 12. Firmware on the watch should be updated too. The watch and phone will not pair! Very frustrating.

Turned out my old iPhone was on and was interfering. Turning it off solved the problem!

Also note fresh fitbit app (v 2.79) just released in app store.
