Versa won't show who's calling

Hi my Versa will show me every notification and who it's from except for who is calling me. It always comes up as unknown caller. I have tried troubleshooting with different ideas people have posted on here but nothing works. I would really like to have that feature. I use a Google pixel 2xl

Have you upgraded to Android 9? The reason I ask is that there is a known bug with the Versa when used with Android 9 that causes this problem.

I had the new version but it still wasn't working. I went on the chat support and a very patient tech spent a ton of time with me and got it resolved!

Yeah, it's still broken. Amazing that they can't figure this out.
