It has been over a month since auto sinc worked between my Android 8.0 and my versa. Was working fine - sincing and notifications working then it just quit. After hours of fiddling with uninstalling the app, reinstalling the app, turning off Bluetooth, deleting my versa devise, turning off and on, locating versa again with Bluetooth etc it sinc'd one time. The next time I tried all the steps to get it to sinc it didn't work and hasn't since. I now own a VERY expensive watch! So not happy. I've read the forum boards over and over and this seems to be an ongoing problem that Fitbit just can't seem to fix. 😠

I'm having the same issue with my Versa. I worked for hours on 2 different days. I finally got it going, it synced for maybe 36 hours and quit syncing again. Is that case number unique to this issue?

Ok, thanks. I thought I was replying to her, hoping she had a fix. Oh, well. A very expensive watch it is.

Just got off the p phone with the quote-unquote "technical service department". They have informed me that my phone which was compatible when I purchased my versa is not on the list. That devices "are never removed from the list". I have a screenshot from when I purchased my versa that shows it to be compatible. I believe they think they are telling the truth since all they do is read a script anyway. They stated the only option i have is to sync it to another device that is comparable. They advised purchasing an apple device as "it is easier to keep the software compatible on apple devices". My recommendation don't ever buy a Fitbit. Customer service is not helpful, refused to answer questions, refused to move beyond a certain point in troubleshooting because I do not have a second device, and offered no apology whatsoever. I guess those of us whose fitbit's - especially versa - stop syncing after the last update from Fitbit are out of luck. The company doesn't seem to care about it's customers.
