Versa won't start after factory reset

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa wasn't tracking my sleep so I did a factory reset, as suggested in another topic. Now the screen stays black. I pressed only the left buttom, only the bottom right, together, all 3 buttoms.. Still a black screen. It had enough battery life. If I try to charge it now, I'm not getting a loading screen.

Can anybody help? Very annoying this..

@Vicky2410, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went blank and won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest.

Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen turns on.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

@JuanJoFitbit thanks for getting back to me.

I've tried the troubleshooting. Cleaned the docking station, the versa. Checked my charger, it works fine. Nothing works. Fitbit is staying dead.

Can't change the clock face. Bc the app now has no connected device.
