So my Fitbit versa was acting strange, as in the clock stopped working and then started back up at the time it stopped so it was off. I read that I could factory reset it and it would fix it but I factory reset the device and it started back up but is stuck on the multi-language screen and I can't access the device or set it back up again. If anyone can help, please.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know how did you factory reset your Versa. Was it done as described in this help article.
