I wore my fitbit sep 19 to gym it was working fine. After i got back it shut off and would not turn on. No green light or nothing on front screen. I searched the forums amd tried to reset several time with no luck. It been sitting on my charger for over a week still with mo luck. The only thing i did notice was one time in middle night it came on front screen but had a exclamation sign with a red triagle. I took it off charger but it shuy back off. I contact fitbit customer help buy they said i was out warranty . I had my fitbit versa little over a year thr said best they could do was give me 20% off my next purchase. For a electronic costing over 200 dollars not lasting over a year( june 12 2018 )makes me think twice about my purchase. If anyone could help i would appreciate it. Im afraid this might be my last fitbit product 0-2 is not a very good record fitbit versa & fitbit force dead.

@DGO78 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped turning on and taking a charge. I'm also sorry to hear that your watch is no longer under warranty.
