Versa won’t start or turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Versa last synced yesterday evening with a medium battery. The screen went black and wouldn’t turn on shortly after. I put it on charge overnight and again screen black and won’t turn on. I have tried to restart as per instructions, several times and for varying times, still nothing.

Please advise.

@Deboevan welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
