I've had my Versa since January and it has been perfect. For the last several days though it won't hold a charge. I have tried all the steps on all the help links. I've charged it with a computer, I've reset it to factory settings, I taken off all the setting that could drain the battery. Idk what else to do. It charges to 100% but dies completely within 4 to 5 hours.

I got my first Versa in June of 2018. It worked fine until January of 2019. Then the battery life started rapidly declining and finally just went to a black screen. I contacted Fitbit and it was under warranty, so the sent me another one.It worked until May then the same thing started happening. Battery life got short and then the black screen. Once again I contacted Fitbit and they sent another. This one started losing battery life almost instantly, but I just would charge it every other day. Then it also got down to just a few hours of battery life so I called Fitbit and they ran a diagnostic test and confirmed that it too was a bad unit but now I was out of the warranty phase. Warranty only runs course of original purchase, not the replacements. I was offered a 25% discount to purchase another though!!! I think not!!! I like it but the quality is just not there!!!
