My Fitbit versa won’t stay charged for any more than 12 hours.

@AprilLB welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery is not lasting as long as it should.

 

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Versa. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have tried many things the battery won’t stay charged. I have only had the watch a couple months and it was working fine. Now I can’t get it to pair with my phone either.

This watch worked great for the first two months. Now it won’t hold a charge, I’m having to charge it every 2 days. I’ve done all the tips to extend battery life and it’s not helping.

I’m having the same problem even after following tips to save battery life. It won’t stay charged more than 6-8 hours
