Thing won’t charge stay charged pair up to the WiFi pair up to my phone keep time right I have reinstalled reset wth am I supposed to do now ready to put a hammer through it.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it stays charged.
Regarding the syncing issue, please follow the steps described in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
