It seems that I am having a Bluetooth connection issue or a distance issue.
I seem to be able to reset it in the morning and it works fine. Later in the day, when I have walked 20 or so feet from my phone, I no longer can sync or get my notifications.
I never know what to do to reset it to work again.
This is extremely frustrating as it seems to happen almost every day! Just when i think I am good, it happens again.
How can I fix this? Is it a Bluetooth issue? Or do I need to always keep the fitbit and phone really close together...

@Rich_Laue I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. I have Bluetooth on all the time. I have always connected on. I sometimes turn off my data when not at home but that doesn't seem consistent to when it works or not.
Mornings seem to work and has the day goes on stops. I have walked away from the phone but that shouldn't be an issue.

I have same issue with iphone 8 - for a couple of days its fine then it syncs 1/2 way & stops - i'm very frustrated, can't continue to switch everything off/restart every time i want to look at the fitbit - is it a software or hardware fault?
