So I recently purchased the versa. I’ve gone through the set up process, and it doesn’t want to stay connected to the Bluetooth. I’ve tried all different ways of fixing it. I’ve done a reset on the versa, I’ve done a factory reset. I’ve deleted the app, I’ve taken everything off the Bluetooth so it’s just the versa. Nothing. Is there any other ways?

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of the phone that your sync your Versa with.

Hello. After trying all the tips and tricks I found online, I ended up just taking it back to place of purchase and they did a swap.
FYI: it was an iPhone 8 Plus

My versa is just a few months old, it’s worked fine up to couple weeks ago. It want stay synced or paired to my I phone 8 plus. My versa want keep correct time nor will it connect thru my data on my phone or my works Wifi. It searches and says can’t find anything. Can u help me??
