Versa won’t stay connected to my iOS device

Several months ago my Versa wouldn’t stay connected. I **ahem** near gave up and through it in the trash. I kept trying it daily and it finally connected and stayed connected.

 

With the most recent update I’m having issues again. I’m getting tired of this. I paid way too much for this to keep having these issues.

I tried everything suggested and nothing helped. I ended up removing the device from my app, deleted the app then tried putting the app on my phone and setting the device up over again. Now it won’t connect at all.

I’m having the same issue keeping my phone and Fitbit connected. It’s very frustrating needing to go through all these steps each and every day just to stay connected to phone.
