Versa won't stay connected to my phone and it started turning off

My Versa recently started turning off despite having full charge, it’s green sensor lights on the back are not coming on. It would not connect to my iPhone despite Bluetooth being on. I tried endlessly to sync, then went threw the steps to re-connect my Versa to my phone, nothing happened. I have tried factory re-setting my Versa but now all I’m getting is the introduction messages in every language on my watch telling me to download the app. 
my watch is charging and vibrates when connecting to the charger, but will not stay turned on for longer then 2min and green sensor lights are not coming on. 
what is wrong with my watch and what do I do?????
