Versa won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

Hi. My versa won't stay synced to my phone, I have to open the app to sync it, and thst doesn't always work. I now don't receive my call/text notifications either. This is my 3rd fitbit, so know the drill of turning the Bluetooth off and on, uninstalling the app and restarting the watch etc, but nothing is making any difference anymore. Can anyone help please?

Hi Maria, thanks for your reply. 

I have a Huawei P20 Pro, which is listed as supporting Fitbit. Unfortunately, the link for the troubleshooting isn't working. Please let me know if there is anything I can try that I haven't done already.

My phone can't even locate my versa 2 anymore with the Bluetooth on and then laying right beside each other. And my versa 2 is only a few months old.

Hi, I’m experiencing the issues the original poster described, and I still haven’t resolved the issue. I have an iPhone, the software is up to date. My Fitbit has the updated firmware and the app is up to date, I’ve tried restarting the Fitbit and shutting off the Bluetooth multiple times, and itll sync once or twice successfully before the pattern starts over. Any other suggestions?

I am having the same issue despite following all your troubleshooting it will not sync this morning.

Hi can you give more information about this please!!

Mine versa has stopped synching to my phone as soon as i did the update, someone needs to sort out the issues and let us know what is happening, im missing a lot of work emails because of this!

It would appear the problem is out there and FitBit has no answer as there hasn'

t been an updated response from them.

Hi. I'm still no further forward on this. Today I've had my weekly stats email which shows half of one day's stats. Still not syncing. I've tried everything. Please help. I'm not happy with this at all.
