the clock loses time since the versa won't stay connected, not synching to track my steps, etc.
I have deleted app and reinstalled several times, I have powered off phone and versa several times, I have deleted device and had it find it again several times, I have had it forget blue tooth device and reset it several times. it connects sometimes but doesn't stay connected long. I have read all the forum suggestions and tried them all. super frustrated that this device is not working. I just ordered the fitbit aria scale but both the versa and aria might be returned asap if I can't use the products. please help

@Andreaig it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the connection issues that your Versa experienced with your phone, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
