Versa won't stay connected with iPhone Xs Max

TL;DR Versa won't stay synced more than one day

For the past few weeks I've been having an issue where I have to re-sync my Versa to my iPhone. I'm not sure when it happens, but at some point in the day, I lose the bluetooth connectivity. I'm going to take a guess and say it's at some time during the night since I have to re-sync every morning if I want notifications. It's really become a hassle to re-sync every time I notice that I'm no longer getting any sort of tracking.

Things I can say YES to: I made sure notifications are on, I deleted the Versa from the app and re-added it, I removed the app completely and restarted everything, I've restarted the watch, I searched the forums and haven't found a solution for this problem.

I've also just noticed that it hasn't tracked any of my workouts, activity, or sleep.

I would try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.
