I have had my versa since December. It was great until the past month. It now randomly disconnects itself from Bluetooth. I have tried everything I have read to try including resetting it to factory settings...nothing works. It happens whether connected to my tablets or my phone. I depend on receiving my notifications on my versa as I have an ill mother. What can I do now? Any suggestions?

@jjfan welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it gets disconnected from your app constantly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone and tablet. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Versa and see if if doesn't get disconnected from your devices.

Thank you for your reply. My versa did connect last night and so far has been fine all day today! I can't really say why it connected. I had given up for the night because I was so frustrated and all of a sudden I got a text notification. This is the longest it has stayed connected. My phone is a Samsung S9 and my tablet is Samsung Galaxy Tab A model SM-T350. I have the Fitbit app uninstalled from my tablet and will leave it off as I don't want to do anything that might jinx me. I will monitor and see how things go. I will also keep the help article you suggested. Thank you so much
