My new Versa does turn on but as soon as you take it out of the cradle, it goes black and then won’t respond to anything.
Ive tried resetting by using left and bottom button and by holding all 3 buttons down (as per the instructions on other posts). Screen stays black.
I think it’s dead...
Any ideas before I return it to Amazon?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
