Earlier this year in June, Fitbit replaced my Versa after condensation got into it. Now the replacement will not come on if it's not on the charger. It shows 99 or 100% charged but dies when taken off the charger or shortly thereafter. I've also tried to restart to no avail. Any suggestions?

Hi @shimaubaker, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't stay on unless it's on the charger only. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it keeps its charge and doesn't turn on when you take it off the charger.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
