Versa won't stay on when off the charger

Went to bed with my fitbit at around 60% battery. When i woke up to check the time it wouldn't turn on so i went to charge it. After a few seconds it restarted and showed my battery at 100% but with yesterdays date and time of when i went to bed. When i take it off the charger its back to being at 0%.

@heavahh welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the charging issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up. Please keep an eye on your email account.
