I have looked through all the posts and have completed all the troubleshooting but my versa won’t stay paired. I have to delete the app, factory reset, lose all my data for it to work for about 30 mins. It seems to just cycle through the pairing, says looking, connected then maybe it says syncing but then switches right back to looking. I need to send it back but didn’t know if anyone had any luck with the 2nd one they sent or bought. I really don’t want to waste my time anymore.

Have you tried the 'Keep Alive Widget'? That and unpairing 'Mobile Track' has solved my problem with theGPS connection.

I am having the same problem. Based on the number of issues I’m seeing in this forum, I’m just hoping a bug fix is coming soon. My Versa is collecting data, just not syncing anymore.

I have an iPhone, I think the keep alive widget is for android users.
