Versa won’t stop showing the screen wake/notification screen

my fitbit started vibrating uncontrollably and the screen wake/notification screen kept popping up and going away i tried shutting it down and charging in and i don’t know what to do ? i cant even use it for more then 5 seconds before it keeps popping up.

@cliodhnamill welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it shows the wake/notifications screen and vibrates randomly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.
