It's been a month now that the screen of my versa goes crazy. Without any reason the screen is flipping into notifications or exercises screen vinrating in the same time. Quite annoying during sleep and battery consuming. Have tried all recommendations (reset, factory etc.) found in forums but there is no permanent solution for this issue.

My versa is doing the same thing! We’re you able to fix the problem? I’d love to know how to fix this without buying a new versa. It seems my fit bits only last about a year before something happens ;(

Hi there, @MamaBear0609. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
