Versa won’t swipe or respond to taps

I have had my Versa (version 70.7.14) for over a year with no issues.  About a month ago, I noticed it was no longer tracking stairs.  For about 2 weeks now, it will no longer swipe nor respond to taps.  Per other posts, I have reset at least 10 times (using the two buttons) and done the factory reset at least 5 times (using the 3 buttons) and it still won’t swipe or respond to taps.  I have also deleted the Fitbit app, reinstalled the Fitbit app and restarted my phone . . . Nothing is resolving the issue.

Hi. Wish I could help you, but my Versa (which I've had for maybe 6 months) stops swiping. It's erratic. I try putting it in the charger, even though the battery is not low, and it works allright for a while, then slowly stops responding. Resetting with the two buttons works for a while, then not.

I also notice that while I log water, it doesn't save it, or posts incorrect data. I enter 20 oz. When I look at the water again, it says 1.4 fluid ounces of water. I try to enter my weight data, and when I look at it again, it says I have 186.2 pounds left to lose.????
