Good day! Ive lodged the following complaint on 18/04/2020, but still havent received any feedback.Ive put my fitbit versa on charge last night after it went flat yesterday afternoon.After it was charged to 99% I took it off and put it on and synced it at around 19:00 the evening. By 20:00 when I wanted to check the time my watch was off completely. I did try to hold in the back button and the bottom button but no response and then I also tried holding in all the buttons but no response. I then waited until this morning, put it on charge again but no response. I tried holding in all the buttons again but again no response. Can you please help me? What else can I do?

Hi @Maro-Lee, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
