My versa is not syncing at all. I have tried rebooting it, taking it on and off the WiFi, removing the Versace from the app and reinstalling, reinstalling the Fitbit app, and now, the app logs me off and shows an error message when I log back on.
I am am starting to think I should send this back and request my money back. It’s so bad, the clock is almost 2 hours behind.

Same issue. My versa won't sync even with all the trouble shooting I kinda want my money
