My versa won't sync and is displaying the wrong date and time.

Hi there @Sarsa0129, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa showing the wrong date and time and about the syncing difficulties, I'll be glad to help you.
As @SunsetRunner said, keep in mind that your Versa may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.
If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has not recently synced, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Also, I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

The time and date will correct themselves when you have a succesful sync. See THIS sync help article.
