Versa won't sync and is losing time

Last couple of weeks Versa has been losing time (mostly overnight) and won't sync with phone without restarting, removing bluetooth etc and seems to be getting worse. My wife thinks it may be something to do with an update. How do I fix it?

Hi there, @Ben179. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshooting the issue with your Versa before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

On a side note, keep in mind that your Versa may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.

Hope this helps.
