After one of the recent updates on my Versa, the watch loses time. It requires syncing a few times a day. Can this be corrected?

Hi there @SHEMI, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
Keep in mind that your Versa may be showing an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or if it has been unpaired from your account. Note that your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with so it can update the time throughout the day. Have you checked that your Versa is still linked to your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings?
Besides the steps you've done, I'd suggest to take a look at: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the time keeps showing incorrect after syncing your Versa, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again. To change the time make sure you are following the instructions provided in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

My Versa’s watch keeps slowing down. I’ve synced, unpaired then re-paired. Approximately 2-months ago it stopped syncing on a daily basis, but now the time keeps slowing down. I’ve read several threads and have tried everything and now very frustrated. Are there any options or should I buy an Apple Watch as several are suggesting? I’m sad because I really loved my Fitbit until 2-months ago. Are there any other tips?

Just bought a Versa 3 for my wife.
Same problem losing significant time.
Lots of replies talking about syncing.
Why does a Versa 3 even need to sync to display a reasonably accurate time? Even a $2 digital watch from the Reject Shop will maintain time within a few seconds without needing to sync to anything!
What’s more, with the built in GPS, there is the most accurate time stamp you can get anywhere with every single ping of the satellites!
Fitbit is not answering the question properly here. The syncing issue is a red herring. Why can’t it just maintain reasonable time with its own onboard clock cycle.?
