Versa won't sync and it's losing time

I have a Versa that is about 1 year 9 months old. In the last week, the watch as stopped syncing with my phone (iPhone 11) and the clock has been lagging.  The problem came up suddenly, just beige the update to Fitbit rolled out. 


I have restarted the Versa. I have removed it from my Fitbit app and unpaired then repaired.  I have deleted the app. Restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. None of this worked. I finally factory reset the watch and was able to get it to pair for about 1/2 a day, but the problem came back.  

Is there a fix here, or is this watch just at the end of its life?  Does anyone know what causes the the clock to lag?  Is it a battery issue?

Same issue versa only 11 months old started after last update, have tried for days along with two chats and hours wasted trying to fix it. Have done everything humanly possible to fix it. And more times that I’d like to count. Need another update to fix! Please!

Same here! I’ve done everything restart Fitbit and phone - uninstall / reinstall. Now I can’t get my Bluetooth to even locate Fitbit so it is useless at this point. It is 9 months old and this started with the update. I have an iPhone 11 max pro.

I'm having the same issue. My versa is less than 1 year old. A bug in the update?
