I noticed the time getting out of sync - getting behind, until i would sync the device. Recently it was consistently losing about half an hour a day - now I can’t seem to sync anymore, it is nearly three hours slow. I also think it’s not tracking my sleep anymore. I have tried the restarting, but it is still within its one year warranty so haven’t performed a factory reset until I contact the reseller.

@Footster welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the syncing issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please follow up troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain some steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch and see if the syncing issues get fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

My Versa does the exact same thing. Is there a fix for this? It was doing it before I updated my phone to iOS13.
Also, please don't post and tell me to read your "help" articles, none of the links you post work. That's just useless to those of us who are looking for answers. We want ANSWERS, not a link that doesn't work.
