I have been unable to update my versa for months but when I check for an update it says it’s updated? I now have a message on the app to say that unless updated the Fitbit and app won’t sync but when I click update now it takes me to the App Store and the app is upto date. How do I update my versa when it there isn’t an update showing? It won’t sync now and when I try and click on my versa on the app I cannot view the page! Help!

Please follow the steps that are listed in this help article, which explain how to update your Fitbit device. Also, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue.
