I’ve reset my phone and Fitbit, forgotten device, cleared the Fitbit app from my phone and re-added it all back for it to do nothing. I’ve read countless posts about this same issue..any new suggestions? I bought this Thanksgiving and can’t return it now.

I have the same problem, even the initial set up was very difficult. I had to delete all other Bluetooth devices and after first day's sync it won't sync anymore with my phone! I am really starting to regret the purchase... I bought the device two days ago. I have Samsung Galaxy S6 as phone.

Now I did factory settings reset and the watch won't even power on. So disappointed, will return the watch to shop today!!!
