Versa won't sync heart rate or sleep

Since last weeks update, my Versa won’t log my sleep or show heart rate.  Even though it charges, red lights on back haven’t been coming on. I did a factory reset August 15, but it didn’t help. Have any of you experienced these problems? Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix these problems?

@jobethalford it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't sync your sleep or heart rate.

 

I appreciate the time spent trying a factory reset before contacting our forums. In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know how the factory reset was performed.

 

In the meantime, I'd like you to try a regular restart. To do so on your device, please follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, make sure that the heart rate feature is enabled and see if the issue gets fixed.
